I’m Judy Harper. For the past 20 years, I’ve been a sometimes part-time, sometimes freelance, sometimes corporately employed writer, mostly about business, information technology, and engineering topics. And I’ve also put in time as a chemical engineer, instructional designer, and writing instructor. PublishSmart! is the code name for my mission to help technology-based organizations communicate effectively with their employees and customers by providing technical information that is targeted, clear, easy to read, and easy to understand.

On the personal side: I’m a daughter, sister to seven siblings, wife, mother and grandmother; but I don’t give advice on relationships. Just writing and subjects tangential to writing as the key component of technology transfer.
