Of course Seth is right, but…the thing about black and white is that the space between them is always gray. Life/business/culture and the things we make are not math…except when they are. They are not math except when the difference between 1and 2 millionths of a meter can be the difference between an unblocked artery and a heart attack.
The big thing about life/business/culture and the things we make and do is that we need to think clearly about the things that are math, the things that are not, and recognize the difference. Just my $0.02. (Of course, that’s not math.)
