This site describes a new support service and walks employees through the process, step-by-step.

Newsletter Site
This site is home for a member newsletter published quarterly by a non-profit organization. Its Wordpress and Thesis framework make it relatively easy to update and maintain, without having to create (or even cut-and-paste) code for each issue.
Retail Store Site
This site was built on a shoestring budget, using an open-source CMS (Drupal) and an open-source shopping cart (Ubercart).
Vocational Training Site
This site provided information for veterans seeking to enter the job market as computer technicians.

Technical Writing
Hardware Procedure
This is a procedure for performing a simple task that doesn't seem so simple to a user going through it for the first time. In addition to the writing, I (with the help of my trusty Kodak digital camera and TechSmith's SnagIt screen capture app) was responsible for all the illustrations except for the first one (which was adapted from a stock photo).
